We offer storage for up to 180 days at the initial cost, and after that, we offer additional storage for 10% each additional 90 days.
Example: Item #9999 was added to the inventory on 06/01/2025 with the initial cost of $10. If the item is not shipped before or on 11/28/2025 (passed the 180 days) an additional storage fee of $1 (10% of the initial cost) will be directly debited from the store credit for each additional 90 days.
Outgoing shipments will not be shipped until the postage is paid and your account has a positive balance.
If your store credit doesn’t have enough funds to pay the postage, your request will go into “awaiting payment” status. If a shipment is marked as “awaiting payment” after one week, the request will be returned to your inventory, and a $25 restocking fee will be added.
The collector is responsible for all customs clearance, taxes, duties and any charges related to the outgoing shipment, including but not limited to insurance, signature requirements, address changes, return postage or any other charges from the selected carrier.
Store credit is required to pay for your processing fees and shipments at all times.
We ask that collectors be responsible with their debt and add store credit if they are actively sending in items. We understand that accounts may go negative from time to time. If your account is negative for over a few days, we will charge a weekly overdraft fee.
Please be responsible and keep your account positive at all times.
If any property is shipped to us with an improper, missing or invalid ShipMyCards username, the product will be held for 12 months, and the collector will incur charges for insurance, storage, postage and maintenance fees incurred by the company. Any items not claimed by the collector after 12 months will be disposed of at the sole discretion of ShipMyCards LLC. We are entitled to a lien on all products disposed of in order to recover all expenses and fees incurred. The collector of the named recipient of the mailed item waives any and all claims regarding the disposal of the items or product.
All Store Credit Purchases, including all sales from our Online store and Marketplace, are final, and Ship My Cards does not offer any money-back guarantees. You recognize and agree that you shall not be entitled to a refund for any purchase under any circumstances.
The collector is responsible for a $25 chargeback fee for any request for a chargeback or cancellation. We highly recommend that the collector contact us prior to filing a claim/dispute to make a chargeback.
Upon completing your online registration and starting to use Ship My Cards Shipping Service, you authorize Ship My Cards to process your packages, including, but not limited to, opening the packages, taking photos of the items, uploading items to your online inventory and repacking and shipping items upon request.
You are fully responsible for items sent into your account. Ship My Cards strongly prohibits account sharing with others. Please refer to the Terms and Conditions.
Furthermore, we are NOT liable for lost or damaged cards. We suggest you pay for insurance when you buy from a seller. We also suggest that you pay for insurance when you mail it out from our website. We have partnered with a 3rd party insurance company to make the insurance cost cheaper and able to be provided even when a low customs value is declared.
