Pretty much we are your USA address to consolidate your items before mailing home. You would use our address as the receiving address for items you buy and be able to ship home all of your items inside just 1 shipment instead of multiple shipments, in turn saving on postage costs.

We get your mail and upload a photo of the card to the website usually within 1 day of it arriving to us in Arizona. From the website, you can send it for grading, hold them at ShipMyCards to mail home in bulk, or trade/sell it and we can mail it out to your buyer.

We use a 3rd party insurance company so you have the option of insuring your package (upto $5,000) while still claiming a low customs value.

Here is a simple breakdown of the fees we charge for incoming packages:

Arizona Address:

  • $3 per card
  • $6 per lot
  • $6 for a box of Cards
  • $5-$20 per large Item
  • $20+ for extremely large items

Oregon Address:

  • $7 per card
  • $10 per lot (up to 10 Cards)
  • $15 large Lot -upto a Graded Card box (approximately 20 Graded Cards or 100 Top Loaders)
  • $12 for a standard box of modern Cards
  • NO Large items without prior approval.

All items from Oregon are forwarded to Arizona everyday.

We also charge $3 per outgoing mail request for our supplies/time. This is on top of the actual shipping price.

We charge an additional 10% for each 90 days that items are kept here longer than the initial 180 days. We do not have any time limit of when you must ship home. We also do NOT have any type of membership fee. Our pricing is made to be simple for all collectors and ourselves! $3 per card or $6 per lot, +$4 if forwarding from Tax free address, with the $3 outgoing mail.

We ask that all collectors send home their large items within the first 6 months of storage. We have limited warehouse space and would like to limit the amount of larger items for extended storage timeframes.

Yes, we accept many items but specialize in trading cards. We have many collectors that send us Comics, Sealed packs, boxes, and cases of cards along with other collectables and memorabilia. If you have any items you would like to send in that is not collectable or card related, please run it by an admin prior to shipping it to us.

Some of the items we do not accept are any glass, liquids, oils, gasses, items with lithium batteries, Drugs, Medicine, supplements, flammable items, make up, perfume, etc.

We also do not accept any pornographic cards or magazines Including playboys.

If any restricted item arrives, we will discard of it. Please ask permission as directed above prior to sending anything not card.

We ask that all collectors send home their large items within the first 6 months of storage. We have limited warehouse space and would like to limit the amount of larger items for extended storage timeframes.

Payment Options:

2 options for making PayPal Payments:

  1. All Goods/Service payments should be made on the Website, not sent as direct PayPal.
  2. All Friends/Family can be sent as Direct PayPal to shipmycards@gmail.com, I pull a report 3-4x a day and update these manually.

PayPal always finds a way to take a fee, so normally F/F is only better for international collectors if over $100.

We also now accept Bank Transfers, so you can use companies like Wise or Revolut to make payment. These options typically have better exchange rates. To send Wise you can send to ShipMyCards@gmail.com

and it will waive the transfer fees for up to $600 transfers.

Yes, we do offer a group shipment option. Follow these steps to make sure that all collectors are shipped in the same package and make a quick easy process for everybody:

  1. All Collectors make shipment request within the same day.
  2. All collectors type in the SAME name and address of where the shipment is going.
  3. All Collectors select “Group Shipment – place ALL collectors in comments” in the drop down shipping Option.
  4. All collector place everyone’s names in the Group in the Comment Box

All Group Shipments will be sent out FedEx for the Carrier Max Insurance for the combined shipment is 5K insurance.

The Group Shipment will not be held back if a single collector doesn’t make their shipment request prior to all shipments being pulled per workflow.

PSA Grading Submissions – We send out to PSA weekly. Please update your PSA requests on the website in the Disposition field in the Item Detail Screen.

We only do bulk group submissions through the website, all special requests need to be completed directly through Diamond Elite and not through our group submissions. Please refer to the grading process above for all Special Requests.

PSA current Pricing and options are updated in the Disposition menu at all times. If the option is not there, then it is not an option that we do not offer in our normal Bulk Submissions and would need to be sent through the above Diamond Elite Grading Option.

All Cards above $4,999 require a Walkthrough Service and would need prior approval.

Store credit is required to pay for your processing fees and shipments of all items. We ask that collectors are responsible with their debt and add store credit if actively sending in items, but understand that accounts will go into the negative from time to time. If your account goes into the Negative for more than a few days, we charge a weekly overdraft fee for staying in the negative. Please be responsible and keep your account in the positive at all times.

We have a WEEKLY overdraft fee, 1% of the Negative balance if your account has been negative for more than 14 days.

Our system will lock out all accounts that are negative for more than $20.

Yes! We have updated the system where you can now add new items to a pending shipment request. As long as our team has not already pulled your items for shipment you will be able to add / remove items. The shipment will show in “requested” if our team has not started to pull and get your shipment ready. Watch the video on our Youtube page for a quick walkthrough on this if needed.

There is a drop down option in the Disposition menu on the item detail screen that says “Seperate Lot into individual items”. This will change the fees for the items from their lot fee into individual item fee as well, but it works best when selling or grading cards.

Since you do not buy the cards from us, we do not know what you paid for the cards. It is required that you place the outgoing customs value on the package through the shipment request if it is required by your country. We use a 3rd party insurance company so you have the option of insuring your package (upto $5,000) while still claiming a low customs value.

Yes, you can cash out your store credit. There is a link on the left menu bar for this. We send all store credit payments out as Friends / Family payments.

The fee for cashing out store credit for over $100 is $5 + 1%
The fee for cashing out Store credit for under $100 is 6% with a $0.99 minimum charge

You may request for a scan or video review on the website in the Disposition field in the Item Detail Screen. After completing the scan or video review we will provide a OneDrive Link where you can view the highest quality and download the scan/video if you want to save it for future use.

Insurance covers lost, stolen, or damage to packages due to the final shipment from ShipMyCards to the requested address only.

All packages over $500 will require a signature.

We only insure trading cards, for any other items please ask about insurance prior to shipping. Art Prints, Posters, framed Items, and other large items are not insurable through our service. Any damaged items and original packaging may be required to be returned at your expense for any insurance claims.

Couple things that separate us from other shipping guys:

  1. Legit registered and INSURED business.
  2. Tax-free eBay option with Oregon address
  3. Website to manage your personal inventory with an online Supplies Store.
  4. Personal Service and personal communication. Collector owned family business.
  5. We can Insure packages (upto $5,000) and still claim very low Customs value
  6. Everyday processing of incoming cards.
  7. Grading options for PSA, BGS, and AGS; with additional partnerships with multiple consignment companies.

The state or Oregon does not have sales tax. Arizona’s State sales tax is 8.8%. Therefore, the break even point for the additional $4 forwarding fee would be about a $45 purchase for single cards. This is only required on websites that are required to collect state sales tax such as eBay. So, the Oregon address should just be used for Cards/lots $45+ bought on ebay. All other items purchased elsewhere (Facebook, Instagram, box breaks, blowout) should all be sent to the Arizona address in addition to lower priced items on ebay. We recommend storing both of the ShipMyCards’ addresses in eBay if you purchase both lower and higher end cards.

Heavier or Larger packages cost significantly more to forward as everything forwards through the UPSP as 2 day Priority mail. If the Item is expensive, the sale Tax savings might be worth the additional forwarding costs, but as the Pricing above says, please ask prior to sending any larger items to determine the possible savings.

We have partnered with and have contracted rates with both USPS and Fedex for exceptional quality and Amazing Shipping Discounts that we give back to our collectors. Below are the Shipping options that we offer:

Both USPS and FedEx are very reputable for Domestic shipments, and it usually depends on the receiver’s address to decide which one is better for your shipment. USPS First Class is cheapest (under 1 pound) and both USPS Priority and Fedex Padded Packs are around $10-$15.

  1. FedEx is our most used shipping option for International Shipments. We order custom size boxes to maximize our contracted dimensional weight. FedEx’s speed and service level is the best amongst all carriers.
  2. ePacket and ePost are our contracted shipping options for International USPS shipments. We ship these directly to the international center to eliminate the costs and handling from USPS’s services while the packages are in the USA. There are size and weight restrictions (below), but our negotiated contract waives all dimensional weight and Out of Area fees that you see with other carriers. Both of these services offer the expected service level of 5-15 business days (1-3 weeks) with full door to door tracking.

ePost benefits and Restrictions:

  • Best Pricing under 20 pounds, if over 20 pounds it is better to break it into 2 shipment boxes
  • Charged per pound
  • Maximum package size is 45 Inch Diagonal
  • Maximum Insurance $2,000 (Purchased Separately)
  • ePost EMS is not on the drop down menu, but can be requested as a comment within the shipment. ePost EMS is a little more expensive, but has a 5-10 Day service level and can be insured for $5,000

ePacket benefits and Restrictions:

  • Cheapest pricing for most packages to 32 contracted countries. Charges per Once, so cheaper rates for smaller packages.
  • Maximum Package size is 4 Pounds (64 Ounces)
  • Maximum Customs value of $400
  • Maximum Insurance allowed of $500
  • Maximum Dimensions: Length = 24″. Length + Width + Height = 36”

All of our BGS and CSG Grading is completed through Diamond Elite through a shipment request and shipped out Weekly. Here is the Grading Submissions Process:

  1. Collectors will fill out their own Submission forms, make sure to type “Wells” in the Group Code – this allows the cards to come back to us in bulk and reduce your postage fees when completed.

  2. Make a shipment request for the cards being sent.
    1. Select the bottom option of “Weekly Submission to Diamond Elite” in the Shipping Option Dropdown
    2. Attach the Submission forms and type clearly in the comments any contact/grading info.
    3. Card will removed from SMC inventory when shipped
    4. Outgoing $3 shipment fee will still occur for shipment request for time/supplies but SMC pays the Postage/Insurance.
  3. All Communication / Payment will be directly through Diamond Elite and the Collector.
  4. When/If cards are sent back to us we will upload them as a new item number:
    1. New item number starts new storage timeframe
    2. A New item number does come with a new upload fee

**** Shipping of larger items (Pop Figures, Comics, etc) will be charged postage and not submitted in the weekly shipment.

Please check the Workflow button on the left sidebar to see where we are at with incoming and outgoing processing. There are also several items you must keep in mind:

  1. We usually process all into the website within 1 business day of it arriving to our Arizona mailing address.
  2. Please remember eBay doesn’t realized the difference between delivered 8am Arizona time and 8AM “your” time, so in most cases there is an extra 8-12 hours added by eBay immediately.
  3. Items delivered to the Oregon are automatically forwarded daily and take 3-5 business days to arrive in Arizona.

You are NOT able to combine shipments that have already been pulled and Verified. We have made some changes so that you can add items to a pending shipments, as long as the shipment request has not been started by our staff.

We take a quick look and make sure that there is not any obvious damage from shipping when we receive items, but we do not take a detailed look at each item to check condition. It is important that you review detailed pictures prior to purchasing an item and understand the condition of the item you are buying. If looking only for Gem Mint cards, please buy cards that are already graded as we do not determine condition of each item processed through our service. You can request a better photo or scan of a card or have us look for specific damage if needed. To request additional assistance, go to the Item Detail screen and select the service that best fits your needs in the Disposition field. Be sure to type what assistance is needed or your question about the item in the comments section. We will continue to grow the amount of services available as we have the additional capabilities. At this time we do not offer a detailed review for grading, but plan to be able to do so again in the future.

Our shipment request now allows you to view Postage quotes based on the estimated size and weight of your package.

Below are two postage estimates below for a 2 lb and 4 lb package for the most cost effective shipments, since most of our packages fall into this size/weight.

2-pound package (10 slabs or 50 top loaders)

  • FedEx – usually $30-$40
  • EPacket* – Between $16-$20
  • EPost Priority is $38
  • EPost EMS is $63

4-pound package

  • FedEx – Usually $40-$50
  • ePacket* – Between $25-$42
  • EPost Priority is $38
  • EPost EMS $63

Every shipment is different and the postage is based on Dimensional Weight.

*ePacket service is only available to approved contracted counties. Please see Shipping Options FAQ for more info.

With each of your items that are shipped to ShipMyCards, you can expect the following process for your Processing fee: We pick up all items daily directly from the post office. We carefully open and photograph each Package that is sent to us, after examining for any obvious damage received during shipment. We add the photograph to your online Inventory at ShipMyCards.com where you can submit for grading, consignment, or store for future delivery. We will store the item in a safe and insured environment. We ship your item to your requested destination whether it is sold, traded, or sent home. Upgraded services are available as requested for additional charges such as grading, consignment, High Quality scans, separating lots for individual processing, and more services to come as available. All uploads come with 180 days of storage in the original upload fee.

We have partnered with a few new eBay cosigners, as well as opened a buying service and consignment option if you prefer to sell direct to or through ShipMyCards. Here are the Options and their basic guidelines:

  1. ShipMyCards Marketplace – Sell your items here directly to other Collectors for the low price of 1% – no min value required
  2. Card Show Consignment – We will take your cards and set up at the local or advertised card shows. You place the value you would like to sell for and we do the rest. 10% consignment fee only if your card sells. Payment by Monday after the shows.
  3. PWCC Consignment – Consign through PWCC eBay auctions at their terms and Rates +1% to ShipMyCards. We do all the paperwork and accounting and payout to your Store Credit when we receive payment from PWCC. (Usually 6-10 weeks) – Min $50 and Graded cards only.
  4. Consignment sold through Ebay through COMC Auctions. Flat 15% consignment fee and balance paid to Store Credit when payment is received. (turn time of 3-4 weeks) Min $100 item – Raw or Graded accepted.
  5. ShipMyCards Purchase Program (Currently Suspended)- We will purchase cards at 70%-80% conservative auction value for top tier Players and Rookies. Immediate payment via Store Credit or Paypal. $50-$5000 items with both raw or Graded accepted.

We are now offering to add an Apple Air tag inside your shipment for GPS tracking.

  • The cost is $30 and we require that you purchase insurance ($500 Min) when selecting this option.
  • We will add the Apple Air Tag to your package and will be able to track it while it travels through our SMC apple account.
  • After package arrival you can make a helpdesk request where we will remove the Air Tag from our Apple account and you will be able to link it to your own Apple device for future use. We will remove from our account 2 weeks after delivery if we do not receive a helpdesk request prior.
  • Compliant with both USPS and FedEx regulations.
