We are excited to announce the launch of our new, advanced Intake & Upload System — going live in November 2025.
This upgrade is designed to save you time, give you clearer insight into your cards, and help you cut costs. It will transform how your packages are processed at Ship My Cards, bringing real-time uploads, sharper photos, and transparent pricing directly to your account.
Your items now appear in your account immediately after intake — typically 12–24 hours faster than before. No more waiting for batch updates.
We are no longer limited by server space, which means full-resolution images for every item. Sharper photos help you spot potential flaws and make it easier to sell or trade your cards.
Each card is automatically described with player name, set, grade, and certification number. This saves you time and improves accuracy when you sort, sell, or consign your cards.
At the moment your package is processed, you can choose how your items are handled:
Separate large lots for grading, consignment, or selling
Automatically discard “skunk” break cards
Opt for front-photo-only
Decide whether items are visible to the public
These options streamline processing and help you save both time and money.
Small card lots now receive their own individual item numbers, making it easier to trade, sell, grade, or consign them. This also helps lower storage costs for 2–3 card lots.
We have standardized the way we price larger and miscellaneous items across both our Oregon and Arizona locations — no more relying on a single uploaded photo to determine costs.
Need to clear out bulk or base cards from a break? Now you can remove unwanted items yourself and receive an instant credit for the associated fees.
No more waiting for staff to handle dispositions.
To keep our warehouse efficient and focused on collectors’ core needs, we now require that all non-card and large items be shipped out within 90 days of arrival.
This includes:
Apparel (jerseys, jackets, etc.)
Boxes of cards
Oversized or miscellaneous collectibles
Single cards and card lots are unaffected by this policy.
Our new Intake & Upload System launches in November 2025, and it is part of our ongoing commitment to provide faster service, more transparency, and better value for collectors everywhere.
